Cleaning Problem

Here is the problem: cleaning any one thing just makes everything else look that much dirtier.

Our town house complex got a new management.

The other day we got a memo in the mailbox, outlining new rules for the tenants. Among other things, the notice states the following:

"The front entrance of the unit is only to be used as means to enter and exit the unit, it is not to be used to ... or hang out on lawn chairs."

Thank you very much, management. What is the curfew?
